The deadline for questions is Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. Responses to questions proposed will be answered within seven days, not including weekends or holidays. If required, a written response in the form of an addendum will be issued, bidders must review, sign and acknowledge the addendum and provide it with their proposal(s).
