Sanitary Sewer Repairs and related restoration work in support of sewer lining project, paving, drainage work Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Total MWBE Participation Goals: 0% Contract term: March 27th, 2023 to March 25th, 2024 No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Please be advised that in accordance with resolutions adopted by the Cheektowaga Town Board contractors on all construction contracts with a value in excess of $1,000,000 and up to $3,000,000 must have apprenticeship agreements appropriate for the type and scope of work to be performed that have been registered with and approved by the New York State Commissioner of Labor in accordance with Article 23 of the New York Labor Law. The Town Board reserves the right to consider informal any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions of the specifications and contract documents, and may waive any informalities, make an award to other than the low bidder, should it be in the best interest of the Town, or reject any and all bids.
