Broadway Avenue, Spokane, Washington, after a last call for bids, all bids will be opened and publicly read aloud for the improvement project A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on February 28, 2023 at 1:00 p.m COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 3286 - for improvement of Lincoln Road from Market Street to Crestline Street in Sections 20, 21, 22, 27, 28, and 29 in Township 26N, Range 44 E.W.M. by replacement of the entire roadway including widening vehicle travel lanes from 10' to 13' with the addition of a 10' shared use path along the south side of the roadway, addition of storm water management infrastructure, and other work all in accordance with the Plans, Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specification The Lincoln Road Sewer installation project will be bid and constructed along with the Lincoln Road project, in addition North Spokane Irrigation District will have a water installation project from Market to Regal. The basis for award will be based solely on the Road and Sewer projects with the Water being an additional option which will
need to approved by NSID. The following is applicable to Federal-aid projects BID DEPOSIT REQUIRED. No bid may be considered for public work unless it is accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a surety bond, postal money order, case, cashier's check or certified check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid proposed The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part of a single bid and to waive all informalities in the bidding
