Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Dalhousie, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

* Award subject to final approval. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Main entrance improvements: - Excavation, demolition and disposal of the existing concrete sidewalk, four planters, and the small concrete stairs (with two steps). - Relocation of four small trees. - Temporary relocation of bicycle stands. - Cold milling of existing asphalt. - Excavation and site grading. - Placement of sub-base, base and asphalt materials. - Construction of a new concrete sidewalk (with localize reinforcements and two barrier free-access) and an asphalted drop-off lane with two disabled parking. - Construction of new reinforced concrete steps. - Pavement marking. - Reinstating the condition of the exterior landscape affected by the work. - Any incidentals required to complete the work of this contract. .2 New Stairs at Gym Exit: as detailled in section 00 41 14 paragraph 1.2.1.2. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
