The City of Lake Forest Park, WA (the City) seeks statements of qualifications (SOQs) from qualified consultants (Consultant) to contract with the City for a variety of stormwater management program planning and execution support services (the Contract). The City seeks this support to help fulfill its regulatory obligations set by the Western Washington Phase II Municipal Stormwater Permit (Permit) as administered by the WA Department of Ecology (Ecology). Project Schedule Milestone Date City Issuance of RFQ March 1, 2023 Deadline for Consultants to Submit Questions on RFQ 5:00 p.m. PST on March 10, 2023 City Issuance of RFQ Addenda March 15, 2023 Consultant Interviews (if necessary) March 27 - April 5, 2023 Consultant Selection April 6, 2023 City and Consultant Complete Contract Negotiation April 20, 2023 Contract Award May 25, 2023 Contract Execution June 1, 2023 Questions about this RFQ must be submitted no later than the deadline indicated in the procurement schedule (see Section 4.0). City of Lake Forest Park Business License. Consultant shall obtain a City of Lake Forest Park business license before performing any Work. The City’s evaluation of RFQ responses will follow a phased approach beginning with a comparison of the relative merits of the SOQs received. If necessary, the City will undertake a second evaluation phase consisting of interviews with Consultants in consideration for selection. The City will select the consultant it deems most qualified to provide the requested services and who will best serve the Contract and the interests of the City. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals.
