This Request for Proposals (RFP) will provide your firm with sufficient information to enable you to prepare and submit a proposal to partner with City staff to provide comprehensive disaster recovery services in the wake of a natural or manmade disaster. The RFP includes a preliminary scope of work and general terms and conditions of any subsequent contract. The scope of services, as defined herein, may be modified after final selection of the contractor. The general terms and conditions are part of any submitted proposal and will be incorporated into any subsequent contract. Submission of a proposal shall constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions. Conditional responses may be rejected. Contractor's Written Questions Due 3/20/2023 5:00 P.M.
