Site work for a water / sewer project in Big Bear Lake, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
SCOPE OF WORK. The Contractor shall perform all Work within the time stipulated in the Contract, and shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, utility services, and transportation to complete all of the Work required in strict compliance with the Contract Documents. The 2023 Pipeline Replacement Project includes adding or replacing the existing water main with approximately 1,100 feet of new 12-inch PVC or DIP main and approximately 2,050 feet of new 8-inch PVC or DIP main. Special Requirements: Each bid shall be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check or Bid Bond secured from a surety company in the amount which shall be not less than 10% of the submitted Total Bid Price. All bidders shall be licensed contractors pursuant to sections 7000 et seq. of the Business and Professions Code - Class A General Engineering Contractor or Class C34 Pipeline Contractor California license.
