The Division No. 6 Well Site Improvements Project includes site improvements at the City of Big Bear Lake, Department of Water and Power (DWP) Division Well No. 6 well site. Work includes the construction of a new 21-4" by 17'-4" CMU building with chemical storage room, modifications and replacement of discharge piping and valves, site grading improvements, and concrete work. Each bidder shall be a licensed contractor pursuant to sections 7000 et seq. of the Business and Professions Code in the classification of Class A - General Engineering Contractor. Each bid shall be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check. or Bid Bond secured from a surety company satisfactory to the DWP, the amount of which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted Total Bid Price, made payable to the City of Big Bear Lake, Department of Water and Power. 4/17/2023 Contractor Deadline to Submit Bid Questions
