SCOPE OF WORK - JAIL ADMINISTRATION AREA Perform complete interior cleaning on one (1) air handler unit Clean nine (9) fan terminal boxes with reheat coils Perform complete interior sheet metal and flex air duct cleaning on all supply, return, fresh air and exhaust ducting Treat ducting, air handler and fan terminal boxes with Benefect micro-biocide solution Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system needs to be cleaned per National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) standards as well as all associated ducting and vents listed on the HVAC mechanical drawings Access holes need to be cut for cleaning and shall be sealed with sheet metal patch per the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors' National Association (SMACNA) standards All air ducts will be power vacuumed using a High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) type machine and compressed air agitation will be used inside all ductwork. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for a complete cleaning of the HVAC system in the Jail Administration area. All work needs to be performed between the hours of 5:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M. All work areas need to be cleaned prior to 7:00 A.M. Awarded contracted must submit information (name, date of birth, Social Security Number, race, current home address) to the St. Johns County Sheriff Office of all employees that will be working on site. The information will be used for background screening, anyone not passing the background screening will not be allowed on the property. SCOPE OF WORK - BOOKING AREA Perform complete interior cleaning on two (2) air handler units Clean eleven (11) fan terminal boxed with reheat coils Clean one (1) Variable Air Volume (VAV) box with reheat coils Perform complete interior sheet metal and flex air duct cleaning on all supply, return, fresh air and exhaust ducting Treat ducting, air handler and fan terminal boxes with Benefect micro-biocide solution HVAC system shall be cleaned per NADCA standards as well as all associated ducting and vents listed on the HVAC mechanical drawings Access holes need to be cut for cleaning and shall be sealed with sheet metal patches per SMANCA standards All air ducts will be power vacuumed using a HEPA type machine and compressed air agitation will be used inside all ductwork Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for a complete cleaning of the HVAC system in the Jail Administration area.
