Geotechnical Engineering & Reporting -geotechnical Engineering Services Shall Perform Soil Boring and Analyze the Soils in the Areas of New Construction. The Locations and Depths of These Test Borings Will Be Based on Preliminary Design of Proposed Structures and/or Paving Areas. -provide a Geotechnical Report, Signed and Sealed by a Licensed Professional Engineer, Which Presents Findings of Subsurface Exploration and Provides Geotechnical Recommendations Regarding the Design and Construction of Proposed Building Foundations, Floor Slabs, and/or Pavements for the Project. Materials Testing -testing Firms Shall Be Familiar With the Current Version of the Chapter 17 for Special Inspections and Tests of the International Building Code as Identified in the Project. Third Party Inspections -inspection Agency Will Provide Inspectors That Are Certified by the Colorado Department of Public Safety, Division of Fire Prevention and Control (Cdps-dfpc). Proof of Certification is Required. -testing Firms Shall Be Familiar With the Current Version of the Chapter 17 for Special Inspections and Tests of the International Building Code as Identified in the Project. The Method of Contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
