Dwsd warehouses is requesting the purchase and delivery of cement portland type:1l c195 94 lbs bag and air plus air entraining add mixture 8 oz bag this item is air plus, a specific manufacturer trademarked name fritz-pak corporation. This contract will serve to replenish stock levels preventing emergency spot buys and possible work stoppage for our central warehouse and west yard. The contract resulting from this RFB will be for a term of 2 years. Deliveries to DWSD Warehouses at: a. DWSD Central Warehouse Location: 6425 Huber St., Detroit, MI 48211 b. DWSD West Yard (WY) 13401 West Outer Drive, Detroit, MI 4823 Deliveries must be made between the hours of 7:30am - 3:30pm, monday through friday. Driver must show driver's license to security upon entry onto property. Once driver is on the property, they must report to shipping/receiving and they will be directed by warehouse personnel to the designated area to complete the delivery. PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries must only be made to the shipping/receiving department before releasing the load.
