Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Blanco, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 9,952-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.

A. The Work included under this Contract consists of the furnishing and installation of all equipment and material necessary and required to form complete and functioning systems in all of their various phases, all as shown on the accompanying Drawings and/or described in these Specifications. The Contractor shall review all pertinent drawings, including those of other contracts, prior to commencement of Work. B. This Division requires the furnishing and installing of all items as specified herein, indicated on the Drawings or reasonably inferred as necessary for safe and proper operation; including every article, device or accessory (whether or not specifically called for by item) reasonably necessary to facilitate each system's functioning as indicated by the design and the equipment specified. Elements of the work include, but are not limited to, materials, labor, supervision, transportation, storage, equipment, utilities, all required permits, licenses and inspections. All work performed under this Section shall be in accordance with the Project Manual, Drawings and Specifications and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract. Joeris General Contractors is requesting competitive proposals for the Blanco ISD Elementary School Gym project. The project is divided into 2 bid packages. Joeris is soliciting for Package 1 only. Package 1 scopes: Pre-Engineered Metal building fabrication & erection Mechanical HVAC Equipment (Supply only) Remaining scopes will be bid in Package 2. Participation by S/M/W/DBE firms & certified HUB Firms is encouraged. *This project is part of the $30 million Blanco ISD 2022 Bond.
