Dublin WWTP - Reactor Tank B Rehabilitation - MECHANICAL WORK, Contract No. 1441-9B-2 DESCRIPTION The work to be performed under this Contract generally consists of the interior and exterior coatings rehabilitation of Wastewater Treatment Reactor B at the Dublin Borough Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project includes removal and disposal of sludge and grit, abrasive blasting and recoating of tank interior and exterior walls, framework and piping. The Borough reserves the right to limit access to the Wastewater Treatment Plant site to these time periods and shall not provide access at any other time. Bids must be made on the forms furnished by the Owner and must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft or bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Amount made payable to the Owner.
