This contract includes a base bid for the removal and replacement of concrete curb, sidewalk, and curb ramp, installation of accessible ramp with handrails, installation of electric push button door operators, and replacement of existing double doors with automated double doors at Perkasie Borough Hall and three (3) alternate bids for the removal and replacement of concrete sidewalk, installation of flag pole foundation and stucco repair of light pedestals at Perkasie Borough Hall.
