Demolition, site work and paving for a water / sewer project in Perkasie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project.
As of August 3, 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. This project will consist of installation of erosion controls, demolition of existing concrete wingwalls, excavation, installation and backfill of new cast-in-place concrete wingwalls, final grading and seeding, riprap work, concrete spall repairs on underside and sides, repairs to edge of RCP storm pipe, sidewalk replacement, and pavement restoration along curb. Substantial Completion 90 days/Final Completion 120 days SCOPE OF WORK. The Contractor agrees to furnish all labor, superintendence, materials, plant and other utilities and facilities for; perform all work necessary for or incidental to; and perform all other obligations imposed by this Contract for the complete work in connection with 9th Street Culver Storm Damage Repairs, Sellersville Borough herein called for, to the satisfaction of the Owner and all in strict accordance with the Contract Documents as prepared by Cowan Associates, Inc., acting as and entitled the Engineer in this Contract. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
