2023 Westfields ADA Ramp Project - 5002955

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Silver Spring Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

As of April 13, 2023, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. The project consists of re-construction of 16 existing curb ramps and construction of 6 new curb ramps in compliance with the ADA in anticipation of a mill and overlay project later this year. A summary of bids received will be displayed immediately after bid opening, the time of which is listed in the Invitation to Bid. It should be noted that bid results are subject to further review and should not be construed as issuance of an award. A Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bidders maximum bid price is required to be accompanied with a Bid. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price shall be required from the Successful Bidder. The deposits of bidders, other than the one to whom the contract is awarded will be returned after execution of the contract. A Non-Collusion Affidavit, Nondiscrimination Clause, and Bidder Affidavit are required for this Bid. Inquiries shall be submitted using the Questions feature Silver Spring Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to re-advertise and award the contract in the regular manner or to waive any informality in the bid received and to accept any bid deemed to be most favorable in the interest of Silver Spring Township. Questions received after 2:00 PM, Thursday, March 16, 2023 regarding the project will not be acknowledged.
