For Concrete Lifting and Leveling Services Provide uplifting and leveling of sunken or settled sidewalks, roadway slabs, roadway curbs and gutters, driveways, aprons, etc. using high-density, expansive polyurethane foam injection. The County of York, Virginia (the "County") is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the "Offeror", "Vendor" or "Contractor") to furnish the goods and/or services A Pre-Proposal Meeting is not scheduled for this solicitation. Questions or comments related to this solicitation shall be directed to the Contract Officer not later than 1:00 p.m. on March 20, 2023 All questions shall be submitted in writing (email is preferred). Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. The initial contract period will be for one year from date of award with the option to renew, at the Countys sole discretion, for four (4) additional one (1) year periods. If a determination is made by the Purchasing Agent that circumstances warrant, a contract extension, under the terms and conditions contained herein, may be considered for up to six (6) months following the end of the final one-year renewal period upon mutual agreement of the County and Contractor.
