The Scope of Work is generally comprised of the demolition of existing gymnasium and cafeteria packaged rooftop HVAC units and the installation of new packaged rooftop HVAC units and other associated work. Detailed requirements of the Scope of Work are included in the Project Manual and Drawings electronically posted with this solicitation. The following information should be written on the outside of the submittal envelope or package: Bid Number , Title of Bid , Submittal Deadline Date and Time , Bidders Name It is the express purpose of this Invitation for Bids (hereinafter IFB) to demolish existing gymnasium and cafeteria packaged rooftop HVAC units and install new packaged rooftop HVAC units, all such Scope of Work in strict accordance with the terms and conditions and specifications of this IFB; AIA Document A201 1997 General Conditions of the Contract for Construction, as modified by this IFB and the Supplemental Conditions (Section E herein); the Project Manual by Thompson Consulting Engineers dated April 20, 2023 entitled Mt. Vernon Elementary School HVAC Upgrades, (hereinafter Project Manual), including all drawings, specifications and schedules contained therein; any and all Addenda; and, in strict compliance with the Contract Documents as enumerated in the Contract, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
