Remodeling of a municipal facility in Yorktown, Virginia. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 95-square-foot municipal facility.
The purpose of this Request For Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes and contracts for the construction of a 95 SF office space. This space will include rearranging and adding new HVAC, new electrical, light fixtures, paint, and carpet. Location- 300 Ballard St Yorktown, VA 23690 Questions or comments related to this solicitation shall be directed to the Contract Officer not later than 1:00 p.m. on April 11, 2023. All questions shall be submitted in writing (email is preferred). Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Contract Officer: Evan Young evan.young@yorkcounty.gov Final Completion: 45 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Liquidated Damages: $300 per calendar day after time for Final Completion has expired.
