Engineers Estimate: $400,000 - $500,000. that the City of Ketchikan is requesting sealed bids for the Fairview Ave. Interim Road Repairs, Contract No. 23-12 consisting of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and other facilities necessary to complete the Work set forth in the Contract Drawings and Specifications, and terms of the Contract successfully. The Work that is presented in the Bid Proposal for this Contract generally consists of pavement removal and repairs, pavement preparation, grading and casting adjustments on Fairview Avenue "Bid Bond" as the case may be bid security is five percent (5%) Scope- The Fairview Ave. Interim Road Repairs, Contract No. 23-12 generally consist of various pavement removal and repairs, pavement preparation, grading and casting adjustments, and associated site work, hot mix asphalt, traffic control, public notifications, and coordinating work with the Owner and the public. Contract generally consists of pavement removal and repairs, pavement preparation, grading and casting adjustments on Fairview Avenue. Completion- September 30, 2023;
