Generally consisting of removing and replacing (3) folding wall panel partitions at the Ted Ferry Civic Center in strict conformity with the Contract Drawings and Engineering Specifications, and local building codes. The Work consists of replacement of three individual folding partitions within the Ted Ferry Civic Center with new track, brackets, partitions, associated hardware, gypsum wallboard patching, painting, and wood trim replacement.
