Site work for a water / sewer project in Morrison, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
A 5% bid bond or a cashiers check in the amount of 5% of the bid will be required to bid on this project. Bidder hereby agrees to commence work under this contract on or before a date to be specified in the Notice to Proceed and to fully complete the project within 180 calendar days thereafter. Bidder further agrees to pay as liquidated damages $500.00 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter. The Town of Morrison/Morrison PWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or technicalities without assigning any reason therefore, and to make the awards in the best interest of the Owner. Bids are solicited and a contract award will be made pursuant to the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 as amended (Title 61, O.S. 1981, Sections 101-136 et seq.)
