NYSTRS is seeking a qualified independent actuarial consulting firm to provide actuarial consulting services, consisting of both pension and healthcare consulting. These services would include all actuarial calculations and disclosures required for the System's Retired Employee Health Benefits Trust (i.e., OPEB Plan) for System employees in order to comply with GASB Statements 74 and 75, and for plan funding purposes. Additionally, NYSTRS is seeking a pension consulting team to work with the System's internal actuaries on ad-hoc consulting projects as well as provide actuarial advice as needed.
