SCOPE OF WORK Work under this Contract primarily consists of intersection improvements for County Road 4 and County Road 20 in the Towns of Seneca and Phelps, Ontario County, New York. The work will transform the existing two-way stop-controlled intersection of County Road 4 and County Road 20 into a roundabout. The period of full closure shall be limited to the one-hundred-three (103) consecutive calendar days between June 26, 2023 and October 6, 2023. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 6.9% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 5.3% Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 5% Each bid shall include Bid security in the amount of five (5%) percent of the total bid offered by the bidder. Said bid security shall be in the form of a certified check, bond, or irrevocable line of credit and is required to be included with the bid submittal. Note: The County of Ontario shall not be held responsible for the completeness or accuracy of any bid documents received by a bidder that were not directly issued to that bidder by the Ontario County Purchasing Department.
