Site work for a civil project in Phelps, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: The project involves the replacement of pressure piping and valving in the existing pump station. All steel or metal components that are removed and be turned over to the Owner. New piping, tees, bends or other fittings to be ductile iron with factory coating. Coating requirements are in the specifications Coating on site is not to be done unless touch up coating is needed. Valves to be coated as well. The station must remain operational during the work. Any pipe removed shall be replaced by the end of each work day and be operational. Other station accessories are included in the scope of work. The Town of Phelps, Ontario County, New York, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder.
