Small/Minority/Women Business Enterprise (S/M/WBE) Participation: SBE Evaluation Preference for Prime Bidders Scope of Work: The RESPONDENT shall be able to demonstrate the capability to provide professional hydrogeological consulting services pertaining to environmental regulations, permitting, planning, testing, monitoring, reporting, design, engineering, construction phase project management, and other geological services as related to the following SCOPE Categories: Scope A: Water Use and Modeling Industrial Supply Well System/Large Water Supply System (>500,000 gpd) Groundwater and Surface Water modeling Water use permitting and mass balance calculations Water use data collection and reporting Federal, state, and local regulations in groundwater and surface water use as it may apply to AUTHORITY operations. Dewatering plans, operations, and monitoring associated with AUTHORITY operations and adjacent sites as related to AUTHORITY interests. Hydrogeological site investigations and reports relating to water use and Industrial Supply Well Systems. Hydrogeological field services for aquifer performance tests, well drilling activities, datalogger installation, programming, maintenance, data download and reporting related to water use and Industrial Water Use Systems. Data evaluation and reporting as related to water use and Industrial Water Use Systems. Industrial Well Operation and Maintenance Manuals. Industrial Well rehabilitation, maintenance, repair, and replacement. Provide bid evaluation support, design criteria, project oversight, evaluation services for Industrial Supply Wells associated with AUTHORITY systems. Radius of influence diagrams as related to individual wells or the overall system at AUTHORITY facilities. To perform other functions as they may relate to Industrial Supply Well Systems for AUTHORITY Operations. Regulatory coordination related to above tasks. Scope B: Water Quality Monitoring and Assessment: Water quality monitoring plans, evaluation and reporting for AUTHORITY solid waste management facilities. Groundwater Monitoring Well(s) and piezometer(s). Federal, State, and local regulations in groundwater quality monitoring and surface water quality monitoring as it may apply to AUTHORITY operations. Surface water quality monitoring and discharge flow rate calculations. Hydrogeological site investigations and reports relating to solid waste management facilities. Hydrogeological and Geological field services for water quality monitoring, well drilling activities, water quality testing, slug tests, stratigraphic interpretation, and mapping, etc. Datalogger installation, programming, maintenance, data download and reporting. Data evaluation and reporting (i.e., Biennial Report) Groundwater well rehabilitation, maintenance, repair, and replacement. Risk assessment, site contamination assessment, and remediation systems. Technical assistance with monitoring and remediation equipment. Provide bid evaluation support, design criteria, project oversight, evaluation services for groundwater monitoring wells or piezometers associated with AUTHORITY systems. Geological oversight of subsurface soil collection and sediment classifications. Contamination Assessment Plans and Reports (CAP/CAR) Geochemical studies and investigations. Geophysical studies and investigations. To perform other functions as they may relate to Hydrogeological systems for AUTHORITY operations. Regulatory coordination related to above tasks.
