The City's intent is to award a contract for a one-year term. The City reserves options, at the City's sole discretion, to extend the Contract term for up to four (4) additional one-year periods (i.e.: total of 5 years) subject to acceptable performance by the Company and negotiation of acceptable pricing for the extension period(s).
