Demolition, site work and addition to a municipal facility in St Catharines, Ontario. Completed plans call for the addition of a 3,444-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for the demolition of a municipal facility.
The Corporation of the City of St. Catharines is inviting tenders for the supply and delivery of all labour, equipment and materials necessary for the partial demolition of existing building and construction of a new office addition at 2012 First Street Louth. Construction consists of a structural steel frame with a masonry, metal panel and curtain wall exterior shell. Interior fit-out will be constructed of steel stud, gypsum board walls and t-bar ceilings with various finishes. Existing parking areas will be altered with additional two parking areas to be added, as further described in the RFT documents.
