The District School Board of Niagara (hereafter referred to as the DSBN) intends to pre-qualify Vendors of Record for the supply, delivery and installation of Theatre/Auditorium/Classroom Audio Visual and Stage Equipment. DSBN is also interested in prequalifying Vendors of Record for repair and rental services for these commodities, where applicable. Pre-qualification will commence on or around March 23, 2023, and end March 22, 2024. Consideration will be given to renew the contract for four (4) additional one-year periods ending March 22, 2028. Gym/Stage/Theatre Audio Visual Supplies, Equipment / Accessories including but not restricted to: Speakers, Speaker Mounts, Lockable Wall Racks, Speaker Cages, Amplifiers, Subwoofers, and Studio Monitors Mixers, Receivers, and Accessories Projectors, Projection Screens - manual and electric, and Ceiling Mounts Headphones, Teleprompting Equipment, Podiums, Hand-held/cordless Microphones may be required when ordered as part of a project. Stage Curtains / Cyclorama / Green Screens including but not restricted to: Main curtains, Valances, Track, Hooks Masking Curtains, Backdrops, Blackout, Sandbags and Pipe and Drape Stage / Theatre Lighting Supplies / Equipment / Accessories including but not restricted to: Rigging and Track, Clamps, Lighting Fixtures, Lighting Control Consoles, DMX Controllers, Dimmers, Electrics/Stage Battens, Trussing and Fog Machines Cables including but not restricted to: Connectors, Safety Chain, Box and Input Plate, Moves and Changes The DSBN reserves the right to obtain quote from multiple pre-qualified Suppliers for items, at our discretion, although we are not required to do so and may proceed with pre-qualified Supplier providing the highest minimum discount percentage or best fit without further quotes.
