Township Bituminous Sealcoat Project CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 3/20/2023 12:00 PM All bid proposals must be submitted on bid forms furnished by the Township and must be accompanied by a Certified or Bank Check; or Bid Bond naming as payee or obligee, as applicable, the Monroe Township Supervisors, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Bids may be held by the owner for a period not to exceed 45 days from the date of opening bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract.
