Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in San Diego, California. Working plans call for the construction of a 315,000-square-foot office development; laboratory facility; 1,100-space parking garage; for paving for a parking garage; 400-room hospitality development; and 4,600-unit multi-residential development.
As of May 22, 2026, construction has not started. The C block of the innovation district put on hold at the start of Design Development. Design may resume in Q4 of this year and will need to go through permitting before entering construction. Best case, construction start will be in Q1 2027. Construction of a new residential and retail development.
