The Rancho Santa Fe School District is seeking proposals for additional fencing, gates, railings and concrete stairway. SCOPE OF WORK. The Contractor shall perform all Work within the time stipulated in the Contract Documents and shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, utility services, and transportation to complete all of the Work required in strict compliance with the Contract Documents for the following Project: Rancho Santa Fe School District FENCE UPGRADES. All parts of the Work shall be of the best quality of their respective kinds and the Contractor must use all diligence to inform itself fully as to the required construction and finish. The Contractor and its surety shall be liable to the District for any and all damages arising as a result of the Contractor's failure to comply with this obligation. (As used herein, "Work" means labor, equipment and materials incorporated in, or to be incorporated in the construction covered by the Contract Documents.) Inquiries and Clarifications: This document is for informational purposes and shall not relieve bidders of the requirements to fully become familiarized with all the factors affecting the Proposal. The District is seeking sealed bid proposals from a highly qualified company or individual(s) (hereby referred to as "Contractor") to, Install approximately 130' of wrought iron fencing on west side of gym. Install 3 walk gates with panic hardware and closers on west side of gym. Install concrete stairway with railing and fencing on one side adjacent to stairs. Move large ramp swing gate and reinstall about 20' down the ramp. The successful bidder shall furnish, install, and warranty all equipment necessary for the Fence Upgrade Project, and applicable codes and authorities having jurisdiction over this project
