The City of Oregon City is seeking to install a public restroom within the downtown area which will contribute to the users of downtown and provide an amenity for the businesses, patrons, and tourists experiencing the historic Main Street and the various attractions within downtown. The project includes: Provide temporary traffic control. Construct approximately 90 LF of 4 and 6-inch diameter sanitary sewer. Construct one potable water service. Complete approximately 135 SY of permanent trench resurfacing and 385 SY of 2-inch depth pavement grind and inlay. Complete permanent roadway striping restoration. Install a complete and operational electrical service connection for the proposed structure. Complete site improvements for the Public Restroom including concrete pads and foundations, utility connections, placing and securing the new structure, railings and other miscellaneous improvements. As of May 25, 2023, project is now out to bid. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
