For Flail Mowing and Brushing Services The Contractor's scope of work is to provide services and equipment for Flail Mowing and Brushing Services using an articulating front mount machine, a side arm and rear unit as part of the District's road and ditch maintenance program, which includes: Cutting adjacent to water courses and riparian areas; Working within the nematode quarantine area and Coordinating services with each land owner Enquiries Deadline: 2023-03-24 3:30:00 PM The delivery of these services for 2023 is scheduled between June 15, 2023 and September 1, 2023 and will be coordinated in detail with the Contractor upon award of the contract. The delivery of these services for 2024 is scheduled between June 15, 2024 and September 1, 2024 The Contractor must possess a District of Central Saanich Business License or an inter-municipal or non-resident business license and will be required to provide evidence of same. The District reserves the right to cancel this Tender at any time and for any reason, and will not be responsible for any loss, damage, cost or expense incurred or suffered by any Tenderer as a result of that cancellation. The District reserves the right to cancel any order placed as a result of this tender, if, in the opinion of the District's Public Works Department or the Director of Finance, service and/or materials are unsatisfactory.
