Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Sydney, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work to be completed under this contract includes but is not limited to the following: .1 Removal of existing street features as required; .2 Installation of new catch basins, storm sewer and manholes; .3 Installation of water main, valves and require appurtenances; .4 Installation of sidewalk (including noted finishes), concrete curb, asphalt, base gravels, lane markings and associated appurtenances; .5 Adjustment to existing valve boxes, catch basin frames and covers and installation of new manhole frames and covers; .6 Installation of trees, tree grates, planters, site furniture and associated accessories; .7 Installation of communications, electrical and lighting packages as specified; .8 Reinstatement of all disturbed surfaces and services; and, .9 All related work and incidentals associated with the above work including traffic control. 1.3 - Scheduling and Coordination .1 Modify Subsection 1.3.1 to read: "1.3.1 Submit within five (5) working Days of date of award a detailed schedule for planned operations Estimated Duration of Contract (months) 5 *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
