Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sydney, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The CBRM requires construction services from a qualified contractor to perform road and water upgrades for the two project areas identified as Newbury Street located in Sydney, Nova Scotia and Alexander Street located in Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia. Both projects shall be completed during the 2023 construction season. Work will include, but is not limited to, removal of existing street features, road rebuilds c/w with new gravels, asphalt, and curb and gutter as identified, installation of new water main c/w services and appurtenances. Work will also include all reinstatement of disturbed existing features, traffic control, and any other incidentals required by the contractor to complete the above work.
