**As of April 3, 2023 , this project has been awarded to Busy Bee Nursery for $156,270.** The scope of work includes construction of Removal of eighty-five (85) mature trees, site preparation, power raking and smoothing of grades of eight thousand (8,580) square yards of open space, installation of four hundred forty (410) linear feet of granite post and chain fencing spaced ten (10) feet on center (42 posts), hydroseeding of eight thousand (8,580) square yards of open space, installation of four (4) mailbox posts and relocation of existing mailboxes, relocation of one (1) boulder and plaque, and one (1) informational sign, and other elements and work as required by the contract documents. The work for Alternate No. 1 includes upgrading the proposed base bid granite post to 7-in by 7- in by 6-ft. The work for Alternate No. 2 includes construction of a processed gravel pavement pull-off. The estimated cost of the project is $110,000.00.
