**As of February 11, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. Work includes clearing and demolition of existing property elements, the construction of walking path, color-sealcoated bituminous concrete pickleball courts, fencing, seating, drainage infrastructure, loaming, and seeding. Substantial completion for the project under this contract shall be completed within 90 calendar days of construction start, or by July 1, 2022, whichever is more stringent, with final completion by July 15, 2022. The estimated cost of the project is $240,000.00 For addition to the project plan holder's list to guarantee receipt of addenda, it is recommended interested bidders obtain the Contract Documents directly from Accent. Interested bidders will be prompted to register an email address with Accent to access the documents. All bids for this project shall be accompanied by a bid security of no less than 5% of the maximum total bid amount, and are subject to applicable bidding laws of Massachusetts, including General Laws Chapter 30, Section 39M as amended and Prevailing Wage Rates as determined under the provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27H, as amended, apply to this project. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in bids and to reject any or all bids
