Renovation of a multi-residential development in Revelstoke, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The work includes replacing the elevator and as further set out at Appendices: Appendix F - Specifications and Drawings Appendix H - Photos Rivers Edge, built in 1978, is a 44-unit development owned by BC Housing and operated by Revelstoke Property Services. BC Housing has completed interior renovations of most of the units since 2019 and is now ready to proceed with the elevator modernization. Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above. A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted. All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable. Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment. Deadline for Questions: Monday, March 20th, 2023 @ 10:00 a.m. PST Deadline for Issuing Addenda: Friday, March 24th, 2023
