Electrical Installation/Construction, Construction, Electrical Upgrade Lighting Control in the MDA/MDH Labs Building A. The work will done under one prime contract that includes: General, Mechanical, and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1.) The Work under this contract includes but is not limited to replacement of interior building lighting controls throughout the entire Labs Building as detailed on the drawings and specifications. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor the work for at least 2 contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since March 27, 2018, for construction of Lighting and/or lighting control upgrade in an occupied building. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $300,000 or greater. In lieu of Responding companys projects, Responder may provide up to 2 qualifying projects completed by the Project Manager while employed by others which have achieved Substantial Completion by March 27, 2018, for lighting and/or lighting control upgrade in an occupied building, and $300,000 or greater.
