Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lake Mills, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: This work includes approximately 800 tons of asphalt paving; 3,300 tons of base aggregate; 8,900 square feet of concrete flatwork; 2,200 linear feet of curb and gutter; 700 linear feet of storm sewer with manholes and inlets; 1,200 linear feet of water main and appurtenances; 1,100 linear feet of sanitary sewer with manholes, rock excavation, embankment fill, erosion control, restoration, and traffic control. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. The City of Lake Mills reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
