Contractor Qualification Highway Division Project Chapter 90 - Holyoke - 2023 Crack Sealing & Cape Seal Work under this project consists of the application of asphalt-fiber crack seal and/or cape seal (chip seal and a Highly Modified Asphalt (HiMA) microsurface layer) to various roadways. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as, PAVEMENT - SURFACING. City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Any questions need to be submitted in writing via email to morrowj@hoyloke.org AND nimsd@holyoke.org by Tuesday, March 21, 2023 @ 2PM. The answers will be issued via addenda to all bid holders
