Site work and paving for a civil project in Holyoke, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Construction of Penstock Closures & Infill - work includes removal and disposal of all existing trash racks, walk ways, stoplogs and support members, placement of a new, permanent reinforced concrete bulkhead at the penstock intake. Provide a concrete closure at the units' tailrace within the scroll case. Infilling with flowable fill the penstock and turbine pit area, sawcut the existing roadway, excavate existing pavement and gravel, and demolish and remove portions of the existing penstock and access areas shall be restored. All Bidders are required to submit a bid deposit equal to 5% of the total value of their bid. Prevailing Wage Rates apply. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Payment & Performance Bonds each equal to 100% of the total contract value.
