As of April 20,2023. Project has been awarded to Thomas Construction Inc. But no award amount. It is the intent of the Owner to enter into separate contracts as follows: Contract No. 1 General Construction Contract No. 2 HVAC Construction Contract No. 3 Plumbing Construction Contract No. 4 Electrical Construction All Bids shall include a Bid Security Bond or Certified Check, payable to The School District of the City of Erie, in an amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, as included in the Contract Documents. All Bidders shall comply with the Responsible Contracting with the District Policy, as included in the Contract Documents. Sealed bids shall be marked Turf, Track, and Field Improvements for the Fred Biletnikoff Stadium , with Contract No. clearly noted.
