**As of April 14, 2023, this project has been awarded to Quirk Construction Corp. in the amount of $1,068,000.00** Billerica Vining Little League Site Improvements 121 Lexington Road Billerica, MA 01821 Leftfield, LLC, acting on behalf of the Town of Billerica (Awarding Authority) through the Town Manager is soliciting Contractor bids for sports lighting upgrades, field extension, and exterior improvements of the Billerica Vining Softball Field. The Project is located at 121 Lexington Road Billerica, MA 01821. The estimated construction cost for this work is $934,000.This Contractor procurement is conducted pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 30 Section 39M. Questions and Requests for Interpretations may be submitted to the Owner's Project Manager "Leftfield LLC", Attention: Mr. Hamdi Cobanoglu via email (hcobanoglu@leftfieldpm.com ) in writing up to 12:00 PM on March 29, 2023, for General Bidders. The Project consists of but not limited to: improvements of the sports lighting system, walkways, parking, irrigation and the extension of the one of the softball fields.
