Project was awarded to Stormwater improvements MDR Construction., Inc with an awarded amount of $783,597.50. The Town of Billerica DPW invites Bidders to submit sealed Bids for FROST STREET STORMWATER IMPROVEMENTS.To bid on this project, Contractors must be prequalified in accordance with 720 CMR 5.00, Prequalification of Contractors. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as Drainage with a minimum MassDOT Single Class of Work Limit of $789,050.00 will be required. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be received in writing by the Town of Billerica, at the office of the Department of Public Works, Engineering Division, Room G07 of the Town Hall, 365 Boston Road, Billerica, MA 01821, attention Pablo Noguera (or email pnoguera@town.billerica.ma.us) at least seven (7) days before the date herein set for the opening of Bids. The work for this project includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct stormwater improvements including: approximately 1,330 linear feet of 36-inch diameter HDPE; 120 linear feet of 12-inch diameter HDPE; 30 linear feet of 15-inch HDPE; 12 drain manholes and 10 catch basins, 10 hoods, pavement restoration, and all related civil/site work
