Site work and paving for a civil project in Thompsonville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Widening, paving, and installation of drainage improvements on Longvue Drive consisting of approximately 5,600 square yards of pavement, installation of a new cul-de-sac, 755 feet of 12" SLCPP storm sewer; 8 inlets, 250 square yards of pavement base repair, asphalt & concrete driveway adjustments, traffic control, lawn restoration; and other items incidental to construction. Bids shall only be considered valid if bidder is included on the official plan holders list. Only the purchase of the plans and specifications from the Township will place purchaser on the official plan holders list. Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) is required. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages will be paid on this project. Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by an executed Non-Collusion Affidavit on the form provided. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or any part thereof, for any reason, and also reserves the right to waive any informality therein. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing at least seven days prior to bid opening
