**As of April 24, 2023, project was awarded to JJJ Floor Covering In., and the awarded amount $95,909.50.** The general nature of the work consists of furnishing all labor, material, equipment, services, and incidentals required for the flooring replacement in the Duarte Senior Center. The scope of the work includes remove and haul away the existing carpet, linoleum, vinyl, tile flooring, and baseboards, preparing floors for the installation of specified flooring, including new vinyl and carpet flooring in specified areas, installation of new baseboards, and a one-year workmanship warranty and at minimum, a 15-year commercial manufacturer warranty.
