Landmark Construction has been selected to deliver these lease leaseback projects for our valued customer, Live Oak Unified School District. Project Summary: Encinal ES Playfield and Walking Track Rehabilitation includes site demolition, grading, new decomposed granite, new grass and irrigation. Live Oak HS Athletic Field Rehabilitation includes site demolition, grading, utilities, field lighting, paving, Dugouts, backstops, fences. Luther ES Playground Replacement, site demolition, grading, paving, power, lighting and communications. Questions regarding this bid must be directed to frontdesk@landmarkconst.net . If you have not submitted a prequalification application to Landmark Construction please complete the form in the folder in the Plan Room labeled "Landmark Prequalification Application". The District has a 3% DVBE participation goal in place for this project. DVBEs are encouraged to provide proposals. Landmark is willing to break down work items into economically feasible units to facilitate DVBE participation. We are willing to assist qualified DVBE firms in obtaining bonds, lines of credit and/or insurance. PLEASE NOTE: Any work claimed by the Carpenters Union MUST be performed by signatory firms. This IS NOT a PSA/PLA project.
