The Project consists of all required labor, materials, equipment, and services for the New TK Modular Building and Administration Building Modernization & 2 Relocatable Replacement at Nuestro Elementary School for the Nuestro Elementary School District, in strict conformity with the Drawings, Specifications, and Contract Documents. Bids must be submitted on the form provided and must conform and be responsive to all pertinent Contract Documents, including the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must possess a valid State of California Contractor License B, active and in good standing at the time of the bid opening and throughout the term of the Contract. Each bid must include a bid bond, cash, or certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price as security. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond. All workers must be paid not less than the general prevailing wage rate, and bidders and their subcontractors must comply with registration and qualification requirements per the California Labor Code.
